You only need to let us know in advance when you want to use your apartment/cabin yourself, and we will take care of the rest. All the practicalities are carried out by us and we will work to ensure that Bardøla Fjelltun, your apartment/cabin and Geilo receive as many visitors as possible.

    We have a lot of good experience with similar rental models. Due to our market power, use of marketing tools, the Geilogruppen's reputation, access to Bardøla Fjelltun's facilities and our great location, Bardøla Fjelltun is an attractive place to stay for travelers.

    Cabins and apartments at Bardøla are a good investment where the lodging income (your share) is estimated from 100,000 to 200,000 NOK per year depending on your own use and that the market is good. There are monthly settlements with owners and rental income.

    We are responsible for changing bed linen and towels, cleaning the cabin, we offer caretaker services, internal control, security regarding fire, burglary, etc., and are responsible for the hotel facilities.
